HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

We secure the property with a Sales and Purchase Agreement. 

You receive an email with all the property details including financial information, location, and background etc.  

You receive a property that suits, contact us. 

We will email you a Buyers Agency Agreement for you to sign and return to us.  

You then enter into a Deed of Assignment with us and this can allow you a conditional period to do you homework and decide whether you would like to proceed or not.  

During the conditional period we will help you with any additional information you may need like arranging a registered valuation, a building inspection, supplying a rental appraisal.  

After you have completed your homework and decide to proceed we will sign the Deed of Assignment over to you. At this stage you pay us our Agency Fee. (Our Agency fee is included in the advertised sale price.)  

You complete the purchase. Even if you are not in a position to purchase, Houses 4 You is happy to answer any questions you may have in relation to a particular property or the buying process in general.
